Order Processing Time

All RammerForge items are made with care and attention to detail. Many of our products are made-to-order, especially 3D printed items.

  • Order processing time is typically 3-5 business days after payment is received.

  • Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, vendor events, or holidays.

  • Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if offered): 2-3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Carriers

Carrier selection may vary depending on package size, weight, and destination.


Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to United States only / United States & select international locations.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

RammerForge is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

RammerForge is not responsible for packages that are:

  • Lost or delayed by the shipping carrier

  • Marked as delivered but not received

  • Stolen after delivery

If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking number. We are happy to assist when possible.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will evaluate the situation and work with you to provide a resolution.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. RammerForge is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the item.
